The property is nice and in a great location, near great restaurants and stores. Check in process was not what I expected (didn't get a notification when the room was ready), didn't use many of the amenities. Breakfast was okay but the egg station could only do omelettes - he said he had no actual eggs to cook. valet/porters were great and very friendly. Room temperature was hard to control - too hot or too cold. It was a nice stay but overpriced for the quality.

Property was well maintained. Staff was for the most part was excellent. The complementary breakfast was on point, including the omelet bar. The consignes are fantastic and enjoy helping out. All in all I was happy with the stay.
