I stayed here in Nov 2024 and Jun 2025. This property is so beautiful. There is long term construction right next to the property so there is noise during the day. Everything was perfect to have a relaxing time.

Everything is done correctly and attention to details are second to none. I would suggest they limit the age of young children as they can be noisy and annoying screaming and running around the resort.

Great place to stay in Yufuin
Beautiful, traditional Japanese style rooms provide an authentic experience. We enjoyed the breakfast. They did their best to accomodate my wife's gluten free diet needs. The family onsens were a nice option for privacy.

We booked a western style room with ensuite. The room is suited to people younger and smaller than us. Staff were friendly and carried our bags up to the room for us.
