The Avenida has a lovely decor with quiet spaces for relaxing located throughout the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice which allowed a relaxed start to the day

The location is great as it is right next to the tram, and a short walk to some of the major sites in Zaragoza. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The rooms themselves are very simple and small, but if all you need is a clean and quiet place to stay that is convenient, this is a Very good choice.

Level airlines canceled all flights two weeks before which caused chaos. Of course Hotels.com is all about the money not any focus on service any more at all. They claimed they tried to contact the hotel to get approval to cancel but could’ve reach them. I attempted to reach them too but no response.
