In the hamlet Orzola 1 km from the centre of Zenevredo, 24 km from the centre of Pavia, 70 km from the centre of Milano, in a sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 120 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool with privacy (11 x 5 m, depth 150 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 19.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house.
