Didn’t realized the front desk staff is not 24/7. Checking out wasn’t done properly at 6am, no instructions where to leave the keycard and no notification of the final bill. Also, if misplaced or lost one of the room keycards, it cannot be replaced and not sure the reason behind it.

We really enjoyed the stay. Our unit has 2 en-suite bedrooms that worked well for my family. The property is vey clean, staffs are super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Free pickup and drop off to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park is a great service. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary tea tasting session: high quality local teas, and excellent conversation about tea culture and local minority people’s cultures and heritage. Will stay here again on our visit to the magnificent national park.

The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend.

I had an excellent stay at the Zhangjiajie Sanhe Resort. This is a family owned hotel, and everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the second sister who helped us book all of our activities and even got us a foot massage therapist to come to our room for a foot massage. The hotel is brand new, modern, well decorated, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, very comfortable bed and linens and an excellent shower. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
