"The room is larger than normal and clean. The staff are very very helpful. When there was cigarette smoke smell in the room, likely from the aircon vents. The staff tried to address the complains immediately, by providing an air purifier, offering for a room change, airing the room and providing a diffuser. The glass panel can also be cleaner. On balance, I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again. "
