We were upgraded for ? Reason and got a lovely room- king bed, kitchenette with table, 4 chairs, and dishes in the cupboard! The communication was non existent from you, Hotels.com. I never received the check in information and was left tracking down the hotel property who was able to finally give me the directions, condo number and key code access. The property was ok but rustic.
