This town and surrounding area of 100 miles is absolutely gorgeous in the Fall, particularly between Oct 1 and Oct 20. The condo is very clean with just the right accessories. There is coverd parking underground with roll up gate. Good option of dinning just downstairs within very short walking distance. Additional dinning within 5 minutes drive.

We love staying here with a view of the village. Rooms are comfortable and services are efficient. Restaurants are solid - especially love Shelter for drinks and food. Great jumping off point for a lot of other locations - Devils Postpile, Mammoth Lakes, June Lake, and much more!

I love that you have access to the parking garage, as parking in the area is otherwise quite difficult to find and/or expensive. I love having a full kitchen with all the dishes you would need. The front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in (we arrived pretty late - close to 10pm). The Wi-Fi was pretty strong. I enjoy having a balcony (although in the mornings ours wall in full sun so we couldn't use it without being blinded, but the one on my last visit was wonderful). I do wish the towels were softer (they're very scratchy) and wish that the TV was hooked up to the internet so that visitors could log in to things like Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. The remote was very difficult to use. It was quite warm and there wasn't any air conditioning or fans in the main living space so we opened windows but then we really heard all the noise of drunks late at night and celebrations very early in the morning from events going on in the area. The couch is also pretty uncomfortable. I will likely stay again, due to the convenience of the location, however for the price I do wish some of these issues could be improved upon.

Great spot, big room.. However the room was so hot you could not get comfortable… Stat read 76deg set for 70 felt like 109. Master bed; mattress did fit the frame, left a let of exposed timber. Also the frame is loose and creaks heavy all night.. Too hot poor bed and creaky with some running event finishing at5:15am…. So u comfortable bed, unbarebly hot and a massive amount of noise outside to the pleasure of few to the detriment of many….

Mammoth lodge out of season.

Very good accommodation for families. Double bedroom and double bed bunks. Seating area is a bit sparse and some areas are showing their age.

The staff here is great and the Mammoth Village is an amazing location. The rooms are generally very clean, but the carpets and some of the furniture is getting a little worn. The best part about this location is how quiet it is and the parking structure seems very safe.
