Convenient for Mammoth Mountain fun. Loved the free bus system! You can tell the hotel gets used hard during the winter but trust things like parking lot potholes and broken door latches are on the repair list. Hot tub was great! Room was cozy and comfortable. We'd stay again!

It was quite charming and really interesting with the additional exterior cabins and townhomes which we would love to try next time. Our room was OK except that the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The sink backed up and the refrigerator was not working very well the staff was super awesome super friendly. The VIP extra was awesome. We got a $25 credit that we could use towards breakfast the next day, which we did you could also use it on other things in the shop, but we chose to use it for breakfast. The next day the pool and hot tub were really nice, but the sauna was broken and the steam room smelled like wet farts.

We loved the hotel. This was our second visit and would come back again. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!

All of the amenities were closed during our stay. From the outsidelookong in, the place looks great but inside the rooms are filthy! Extremely poorly managed. Our rooms all hallways smelled like old wet, musky boots!

When checking in my credit card was charged $74 in addition to the amount I paid through Expedia as the represented maximum. when I inquired I was advised that $50 was a refundable deposit that would be returned in several days and $24 was for a "resort fee", If I had been told about the added resort fee I would have not booked the stay. Simple bait & switch.

The property was clean, safe, and fun with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and a large fireplace room and seating area with a breakfast bar. Our friends stayed in a neighboring Outbound Mammoth room and it was fun for the kids to be together in a safe environment. The decorations made us feel we were in a mountain cabin in all the best possible ways.
