Holiday Inn Miami - International Airport by IHG
"It was okay. Older building, ice machine didn’t work on my floor or the one above and below. Drink machines either. Bird feathers in hallway. Staff was great in giving me what I needed. The shower was constantly clogging."

"The room was not reflective of the pictures at all. The bathroom was so tiny. I am slightly over 5 feet and barely fit in. Literally had to climb over the toilet just to get into the shower. When you are sitting on the toilet, your head is in the sink. I can only imagine what it is like for someone ..."

Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort
"When we arrived it was a beautiful place , didnt have any problems with the suitcases except for the front desk when we arrived we had made sure to make a call 1 day beforehand and they told us they would be compensate and give us a room because we had a 11 month old and we didnt come until around 12-1 and check in is at 4, we went up and theh kept telling us to wait that it was a "15 minute wait" we would go up and the 3rd time they told us that if we payed extra they would give us a room / priorotize a room , the thing is why should we have to pay for a room that was promised to us beforehand , they also do not discuss that we have to pay for wifi and wristbands , we never asked for wristbands and if it was included in the hotel they shouldve made it known but we didnt know we were informed , the pool was beautiful i had so much fun the beach wasnt as pretty but it was a fun experience, and you knoe it everything is overpriced, $11 for a bottle of water , oh and they also make you pay a deposit which at the end they dont give you the full amount because they take off the stay and the "wristband" the hotel overall is something beautiful, if you dont have kids and dont mind waiting then this is perfect for you , the staff overnight were great they mind their business and are super friendly , idk abt the morning ones , everything else was great! Def would come back"
