The staff was great. I didn’t like they make you pay $15 for a parking pass but let people that’s parking there for a party park for free. Then u have to find a parking space when you get back from doing whatever you can’t find a space cause they let party goers park there

The rooms were fine. We were over charged at the pizza place they have in the foyer. We bought 3 bottles of water and were charged $50. When we called the hotel customer help desk the lady was unhelpful and unpleasant. She blamed the charge on us when it was her company’s fault. The server upstairs also didn’t tell us there was tip already added to the bill when we paid. The food upstairs was just okay.
