While we appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly, it was not made clear during booking or on the call that there would be an additional $30 fee for bringing our dog. We don’t necessarily take issue with the fee itself, but clearer communication upfront would have been appreciated to avoid any surprises at check-in."
