"The property was nice since everything is separated. We liked that there were two bathrooms to use and the place was clean and well kept. The only downside was that there were too many stairs to walk up to get to the level where the condos are. There is an elevator to get to the fourth floor but after that, we had to use the stairs. Thankfully, we were given the lowest level which is fifth floor we thought. We wouldn’t recommend to people that are not okay with using stairs and families with small kids with lots of stuff with them. Everything else was great."

"This was a great property for our group of 17 friends, including several couples, to meet during the summer. The house has two large upper-unit patios, and an additional lower-unit patio. The 17 of us comfortably grilled, ate meals, and sat in chairs together on one of the large upper-unit patios. The house has everything our large group needed including sufficient bathrooms, a multi-device phone charger, and plenty of kitchen and pantry space. You step outside to move from the larger upper-unit to the smaller lower-unit, but that was not any issue for us at all. Next to its big open kitchen, the upper-unit has a spacious living room with adjoining dining area. This was a great place for our group of 17 to play games, or just "hang out" all together, in one combined and open indoor area. We would definitely recommend this house to any big group like ours. "

"This property needs a deep cleaning. Found in the residence; 1 dead & decaying mouse on a sticky trap, a couple of other sticky traps (gross & inhumane) a dried up contact lens on the bathroom floor, a collection of years of dust & trapped items beside the washer/dryer, a low battery in the carbon monoxide detector (which beeped until I removed it from the wall) no batteries in the smoke detectors, and lots of dust… baseboards & corners were really dusty. I did reach out to the management & they offered to replace the batteries for the C0 & fire detectors. "

"They provide free laundry and free detergent so that was nice. Pool water was warm. There was free shuttle service to Vail village every half hour."
