Didn’t feel the same

Great venue, but unfortunately this time you didn’t feel the same I’m a regular visitor to this hotel. Breakfast options reduced power failure during stay - noises from AC unit

I am sorry to read your comments about the issues you had with Wi-fi being charged during your stay. Wi-fi is offered free of charge in our public area spaces to all guests and in the bedrooms if the guest is a Hilton Honors member. Unfortunately it seems that on your most recent stay our team have not assigned your Hilton Honors number to your booking at check in and therefore the system has charged the daily rate for Wi-fi. I will pass on your feedback to the team and highlight the importance of checking this information and ensuring that our guests are fully informed about the hotel wi-fi policy. I will also ensure we check our 3rd party hotel wi-fi information is displaying correctly. Once again I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused your during your stay.We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel soon, please do let me know if there is anything we can assist with going forward.

No key cards for 3hrs. Access to rooms a pain in the a#$e! Nice enough apart from that

Beautiful Hotel with Top Tier Staff

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, great modern design and lovely pool area. It was slightly annoying that a bill we asked to be added to the room tab was taken mid-stay from my girlfriend's card which we had only used for the parking charge so not great that these details were stored and used again. Otherwise faultless

We are glad to read that you enjoyed your time and appreciated the decor, staff and spa. I have had a look at your reservation and it looks like there was a pre-authorisation taken from the card. Pre-authorisations are "pending" transactions and does not come out your account. When the actual transaction is taken at the end of your stay, and that is when the "pending" transaction on your bank account should disappear. I hope this helps! After a long journey we were surprised to find that there was no biscuits in our room to have with a cup of tea, this would have been most welcome. We did ask at reception but were told this was not Hiltons policy Little things mean a lot

Everything was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. Room was spacious and spotless. Staff were all lovely.
