I was a bit concerned about the area when we arrived at the hotel due to area it was in. (An older part of town) But I was pleasantly surprised when we got in our room! It was spotless and HUGE! Beds were comfy; amenities were just fine, We felt comfortable walking to Denny's down the street and had no issues. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful

Check in was poor. Front office person was rude, unhelpful, and refused a second key for 3 adult guests. Otherwise, for an older property the room was as expected…basic, but clean, comfortable beds, and a/c was very efficient and quiet. Fixtures are old but everything worked. For the rate during peak season we were pleased and would stay again.

Flaking Tub

Tub had major flaking paint. Ice machine right outside our door made for a loud alarm at 4 AM. The lady at the front desk was busy but very kind.

I love the front desk staff member She'lly. She always recognizes me as a frequent guest. Accommodation to my request for specific location of room always without question and very personable! Rooms I've stayed in a spacious and clean. Easy access to park and quiet for the most part.

missed something while cleaning

I thought this was a good stay for the money. it was spacious and clean except for the pair of underwear laying on the floor that someone overlooked while cleaning.

I wish there was the option to upload pictures. The safety latch with part of the door frame was completely off the door . Room smelled musty. there is mold in bath room. My card was charged before i arrived causing travel issues. The you lady working the front desk , looks to be a teenager. wearing a tee-shirt and pajama bottom(SpongeBob). Told me she works 7am to 10pm (15hours)every day. 2 days a week someone else comes in and works 8 hours , so on those days she only works 8 hours .

The room we stayed in had a terrible musty old smoke smell. The bed itself was good but the rest of the room was old and outdated with faded old curtains and stained and discoloured carpet. We were travelling with a 1 year old and we didn’t feel comfortable having him walk or crawl on the floor or the couch and chair. Needs some major updates, carpet replacement and a interior paint job to help combat the scent.
