Great Beach Apartment Stay!

Exactly what was listed and even more! Apartment is on the first floor, with a nice grassy backyard, and a cute front yard with table for morning coffee. There is laundry if you need. Great living area, and plenty of space for all your clothes and luggage. Kitchen is perfect if you want to cook for yourself. The apartment complex is gated, easy parking, and very well kept. Door man is very nice. There is private beach access! It has a grassy area perfect for laying out, a nice deck for lounging and two stair cases directly into the water. Showers to wash off after the water. The host Loredana is amazing, very accommodating, and always available if you have questions or need to know anything around the area. Her apartment is perfect for a beach getaway! There is a lot a Lido’s(beach clubs, with pool and sea access) for all ages all around. And they all also double as night clubs with a flourishing night life along the beach! 12/10 would recommend for all ages and families.

Lovely stay

My son (20) and I spent a lovely week at the apartment. The facilities are exactly as described and on the ground floor of a gated community. It also has private access to the beach which is perfectly setup for a full days relaxing in beautiful surroundings. The area itself has good access to buses if like us you don’t get a car. There is also some really nice restaurants within a short walk but if you want super markets you may want a car. My son and I don’t speak Italian and our fantastic host doesn’t speak English but with the help of google and some interpreter help (hosts friends and family) we never had a problem. Would highly recommend the area, apartment and host. Mio figlio (20 anni) ed io abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa nell’appartamento. Le strutture sono esattamente come descritte e si trovano al piano terra di una comunità recintata. Ha anche accesso privato alla spiaggia, perfettamente attrezzata per una giornata intera di relax in un ambiente bellissimo. La zona stessa offre un buon accesso agli autobus, se come noi non avete un’auto. Ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti molto carini a pochi passi, ma se desiderate fare la spesa al supermercato, potrebbe essere utile avere un’auto. Io e mio figlio non parliamo italiano e il nostro fantastico ospite non parla inglese, ma con l’aiuto di Google e qualche supporto interpretativo (amici e familiari dell’ospite), non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema. Ottima posizione e comoda

Ho passato un mese in smart working avendo la possibilità di fare un bagno anche in pausa pranzo, la casa è comoda, la discesa al mare impagabile! I due giardini son piacevoli e l'aria condizionata aiuta in caso di giornate molto calde. Wifi e tv smart con accesso a tutte le app incluso. Ottima l'accoglienza e anche il check out. Se ne avessi bisogno tornerò sicuramente!

Sono catanese ma vivo fuori da anni e quando ritorno a Catania mi piace respirare l’aria del “mio mare”! Complimenti a Loredana per la casa e per l’accoglienza e un grazie speciale per l’elasticità negli orari! Ci rivedremo sicuramente, magari d’estate per un bagno tra li scogli!

Le foto non rendono grazia alla casa e alle sue comodità ... avere un accesso privato al mare raggiungibile in un paio di minuti a piedi non ha prezzo. Grazie a Loredana per la calorosa accoglienza ... continua così. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.
