This 4-room house offers a cozy living/sleeping room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV, leading out to a balcony. There are two double bedrooms, both with access to a balcony, and an additional room with one bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, also providing access to a balcony.

The house features natural stone floors throughout and offers air conditioning and heating (available from October 15th to April 15th). The outdoor spaces include a large 50 sq.m. terrace and an additional 30 sq.m. terrace, furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs.
