Set right on the seafront, the complex offers excellent access to coastal walks, high‑quality restaurants, and one of the island’s most desirable beaches. Positioned on the 5th floor, the apartment benefits from sweeping views across the pool and out to the ocean. Inside, the bedroom features a double bed, while the lounge includes two sofa beds, allowing the space to accommodate up to four guests comfortably. The balcony is furnished with a patio table, chairs, a sun lounger, and a retractable awning for shade. Additional features include ceiling fans, a large flat‑screen TV with satellite channels, and a well‑equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower. The apartment is scheduled for full refurbishment in May/June 2026.



The apartment now has fast wifi internet access.
