FANTASTIC STAY AT THIS PROPERTY JULY 2025

Thoroughly recommend this apartment, very spacious, modern, good air conditioning and Wi-Fi ,everything you could want. The host Louise was lovely, very good communication throughout the process, left a fab welcome pack for us which was excellent after a delayed flight.The pool was good too, lots of sun beds and not too busy even at this time of the year. We would definitely return if we came back to this area.

12 days stay in this excellent apartment complex with a pool The description and photos of this apartment are understated for such a nice apartment with one bedroom with luxury en suite bathroom plus second additional full bathroom !Large living / dining room with two sofas and Modern TV system with Sky satellite channels I also loved the Dolche Gusto coffee machine in the kitchen / diner which also had all the kitchen cooking facilities you could want

Perfect vacation

The contact with Louise at the time of booking was excellent. She responded to all enquiries extremely quickly. We were able to move into the flat on the day of arrival in the morning and didn't have to wait until the afternoon. The flat is large and fully equipped. The whole complex is well maintained and the heated pool is nice and large. The washing machine broke down during our stay, but Louise immediately provided a new machine, so thank you again. Great, well-equipped apartment in a nice location

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms are a good size. Nice comfy beds Storage for clothes in bedrooms good Both have en-suite and showers are good Big living room with a table. Nice balcony - at the time of year we went, sun from around 3pm. Pool is nicer than it looks in the photo - has been refurbed i think - water was warm. Apartment location is nice - 10/15 mins walk or so to the beach - a little steep at the beginning, but fine. Easy and quick to get there from the airport. Comms with Louise were great and the welcome pack she gave us was fab. All in all, we had a great time - thanks !

Convenient comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our time in Costa Adeje. The host was excellent and the apartment one of the most comfortable we have rented. Plenty of crockery and a new coffee capsule machine. West facing Balcony was spacious with views of the sea. There is a heated pool in the development which was recently renovated but we never used it. It was not crowded or noisy and looked great.

This is our second visit to Louise's apartment & we were delighted to come back. The apartment is very comfortable & clean with good A/C throughout. It is in a good location, with plenty of bars & eateries within a short distance. Louise is a delight to deal with & responds quickly to any queries or issues. The pool area was being renovated when we were there but they are doing the upgrade in stages so the pool was still open & not too much bother. Definitely looking forward to return visit.

Beautifully presented, well equipped apartment in well maintained complex. We (family of 4 adults) have rented a variety of properties in Tenerife over recent years - this was our first experience of a self catering apartment in a large holiday complex and we were delighted with the cleanliness, quality and level of equipment in the apartment in particular but also with Terrazas del Duche in general. We used the apartment as our base for a hill-walking / sightseeing holiday and found the location ideal for both rural (by car) and local (by foot) eating/ shopping / etc activities. The basement garage parking was excellent and easily accessed from the apartment. The owner, Louise, was in contact both before our arrival and during our stay to ensure that all was well and she could not have been more helpful / efficient. If anything, the description of the property on the VRBO site rather "under-sells" the apartment particularly in regard to the spaciousness and level of equipment. The copious supply of linen, towels, etc., an efficient washing machine, the shaded balcony and the ready access to the pool area would also make this property ideal for a family with young children. We would not hesitate to return in the future.

Spacious Apartment in good location

Spacious three bedroom apartment in a great location. The owner Louise was there to great us on arrival and run through the property and access points. All the amenities required for a comfortable stay and secure parking in the basement. The property has a large terrace which gets the afternoon and evening sun so good for sundowners. The communal pool area gets sun all day and is a relaxing space. Good location for access to the beautiful Del Duque beach and wonderful walks along the coast to neighbouring La Caleta and Costa Adeje. Good restaurants, cafes, bars and shops only a short walk away. If feeling energetic Cocco Pasteleria in the town of Adeje up in the hills has beautiful cakes and great coffee. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

Booked for 3 weeks ready to come home after 2 weeks

Having stayed in this lovely complex previously, we thought we knew what to expect. Wrong this was not a great holiday for our family of 4 . Within the first 24 hours we realised the apartment gets no sun or light for that matter anywhere, especially on the balcony we had been looking forward to sitting outside in the sun during the day and evening this couldn't happen as it gets no sun it was quite chilly. If we wanted sun we had to leave the apartment. Pool meant to be heated alot of the time it clearly wasn't others guests complained also. Our son walked into a screw that was protruding from the kitchen floor Infront of the fridge slicing his foot blood everywhere not happy. Looked at other floors this is meant to be a door stop with a wine cork pushed ontop of the screw! Lamp in lounge not working Patio door in longe won't lock properly, Tiles in en suite loose about to fall of wall. Beds way too hard young kids even complained how bad they were. Ring on induction hob not working.furnishings very worn. Sat on couch night before leaving it collapsed. The property looks over the back of a large hotel where the kitchen and bin store is very noisy throughout the day and into the night. We were expecting host to arrive before we checked out the following morning to walk through the apartment and collect keys never arrived,we had a taxi booked so had to leave for airport. My husband was ready to check out and go home after the 2nd week. We have used VRBO since 2008 without any problems always been great just not on this occasion.

Extremely good little gem

Property was a superb base for our family of 5 adults and one toddler, beds spacious and comfy, pool area on the smaller side but appropriate for the size of the complex and very clean/good fun. Availability to do laundry an unexpected plus! Louise was a fantastic host and we will definitely be looking to stay here again when we return :)

Spacious, Clean, Well Equipped Apartment in Lovely Location

Great apartment with spacious living area, balcony, bedrooms and storage. Well equipped kitchen lots of dinnerware and glasses for our family and a large fridge freezer. Everything was spotlessly clean. The lovely Pool Area was quiet the week we stayed (Oct) so lots of sunbeds to choose from and plenty of towels provided by Louise. We loved the location, with a strip (Duke Shops) of great restaurants, shops, supermarket and a couple of bars 7 min walk away. Promenade along the coast is only another 7 mins further downhill with the tourist bars and restaurants of Costa Adeje to left and fine dining restaurants and designer shopping of Del Duque to right. Louise met us at the apartment even though our flight was delayed almost two hours, we were shown to the underground parking space and supplied with a welcome pack so we didn't need a late night supermarket trip. Lots to do in Tenerife, car hire was reasonable but bus stop is only a few minutes away (incl bus to Siam Park), and local Taxi's are plentiful (Taxi from Las America cost us ÂŁ7). Overall highly recommended. Tip - We did use the complex's main entrance and lift sometimes when walking back to avoid steepest part of hill to apartment entrance.
