No fault of Oaks for the power outage but there should have been a generator as a back up for theses occassions

The noise of construction on the beach in front of us - all day Saturday - annoying but not the Oaks fault. VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE!

For a self contained apartment it was very poorly provisioned - not enough plates, no coffee machine or plunger, no small vegetable knives, nothing like a salad bowl or platter to present food on at the table, very few prep equipment- no bowls, grater or colander, no paper towels to wipe up spills etc. There was so little equipment we didn’t bother with the dishwasher as we would have needed to run it after every meal in order to have plates available.
