Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Additional Bedding: We can provide a single air mattress and extra linen for $30 per guest per night. A fee of $50 per stay will apply if the sofa bed is used.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.

The unit was close to most of the places we visited while staying in Adelaide. The unit had the facilities we needed and was mostly clean. Our only problem was the check in procedures. I could not open the information sent re check in. I had to hunt around for any sort of phone number to contact help. It was very stressful trying to work out how to get into the unit. Eventually I had a return phone call that helped. The 2nd text sent I could open but by then we had already got into the unit. The unit would be better for younger people as there was a bit of noise from other people in the complex i.e. comings and goings, doors slamming. etc.
We travel to Adelaide several times a year and this is the first time in an apartment instead of a hotel. It is in an amazing location and is so central to everything. We walked everywhere and could come back to the apartment to drop off shopping etc. It is so quiet which I was not expecting - no traffic noise at all and we couldn't hear anyone in the other apartments. Beds were super comfortable and the shower was great with great pressure. It was so nice to have an area to relax and watch TV at night after walking a short distance to the many restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Check in process - awful, required a more recent version of the app than I had so lots of hassles communicating about check-in process. Finally able to get a message through but caused a lot of worry when we were about to travel with no details!!!
Door lock faulty so we were in danger of being locked out of the apartment. We had to jiggle the lock to get it to open. Very stressful as all our stuff inside. So worried that we could'nt get back in that we couldn't lock the apartment when we went out. Because of difficulties in communication, couldn't contact owner/agent about it.
Apartment wasn't very clean.
There were no instructions about how to work any of the appliances.
