It’s a second time we stayed here. a bit disappointed thjs time Shampoo, conditioner were empty when we checked-in. informed the staff, still not filled for a couple days. cups, glasses were not replaced everyday. Noisy came from tje water drain at night time. anyway, will be a considering whether we will stay again next time.

It's a relatively new hotel, so it's in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The restaurant food is good quality although we thought breakfast options were a bit limited. There are a few nice restaurants nearby. We had a deluxe king suite and it wasn't large, so I guess the standard rooms are probably smaller. The bathroom design was a bit unusual, being partly open to the main room. Parking is in an old warehouse in the street behind the hotel. This hotel would be ideal for a single person travelling on business.

Our room, and access to the room, was simple and very convenient. Thought had obviously gone into the room and its facilities for which we were grateful. Shopping was close by, and we were also pleased to take advantage of the parking available offsite.

The nicest & most helpful team at the front counter (even when I’d accidentally made my booking for next year!) Bed was comfy & room was spacious! Pool is little but aesthetically pleasing to look at!! & good if you just want to dip!

The room was amazing! Bath….a dream and night view was Magnificent. The mini bar had heaps of options, coffee machine was perfect. Food, cheese platter wad some of the best meals we have had for a while. Bed was so comfortable. There is nothing we can fault with this hotel, certainly one of the best. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel, aesthetic design flaw when it rains

Great hotel. New, modern and clean. Convenient location. The a la carte breakfast was a stand out. Only issue is the sound of rain drops falling on the ornamental metal covers outside the windows is deafening. It woke me and one of the other guests up and we weren’t able to fall back asleep while it was raining.

Really nice hotel in a good location close to lots to see and do (Adelaide is super compact which helps!). Very good value, only real minor issues are there wasn't self-serve laundry (but Mr. Suds was a short walk and 24 hour service!), and the soundproofing was not as good as I'd hope perhaps. Overall neither of these were significant issues, and it was a nice spot.
