Needs updates and get towels for all guests

Took family for weekend here to use indoor pool, waterslides, and hot tub. On phone when called prior to coming and upon arrival, was not informed of hot tub being broken. Booked room for 4 people but only given 2 towels. When asked for additional towels, hotel staff said they were short and washing towels. I had to use my own pool towel to shower entire weekend. On second day asked for clean towels and again told hotel didn't have any clean towels. Seriously, how does a hotel not have enough towels for guests. Same issue at pool. There were hardly ever any towels. The pool area was a zoo with over 45 people at one point and no one managing slides. Teenagers were going 5 plus at a time down slides and not waiting for smaller kids to get out of way. Pools were freezing. Ants along glass area in pool and got into my bag as had to sit in floor due to lack of chairs and tables. Dated pool area needs updating. Front staff on multiple occasions blamed other staff members for issues. The guy washing towels was very friendly. In room, black stuff growing in bottom of shower and curtains ripped open. Pictures of this hotel look outdated.

Had a great stay, rooms are large, bed is comfortable. Some furnishings need to be replaced. Enjoyed the indoor pool and waterslides. Water was chilly, manager onsite explained heat pump was just replaced. We still had fun playing on the slides. The hotel was busy but everything was handled well.

No working TV in room 422. The bed was uncomfortable. No room service for clean towels or soap.

Mark (at the front desk) & Julianna (breakfast staff)were Extremely Rude to myself and my children. IRA (front desk) was simply AMAZING! the facility was understaffed and he catered to each member with full respect and accommodations. Ira was polite when there were time consuming issues with the computer downloading in the beginning of our sign in. He needs to be recommended for his hospitality and inviting attitude to.
