So the room is nice has a big TV and a big bed but everything was so dirty, the owner didn't even know about our stay because I had to call him when we arrived and tell him that I booked on Expedia after that he let us know how to get in. I immediately noticed the floor was so dirty that our feet got black and I had to swipe the floor I asked the owner if he knew about our arrival because everything was so dirty he texted me that everything was clean and disinfected which I replied no sir and sent him a picture of the floor after I swiped so dirty I also sent him a picture of the stove that It was so dirty and the place smelled weird to make it all worse when we use the bathroom it overflowed and there's no plunger for me to do anything I called him to let him know he said it's supposed to be next to the toilet but it wasn't the good thing was that he brought me one really fast but he didn't help me with anything else and I didn't have anything to clean the floor with no Clorox no anything to disinfect and the floor was full of toilet water at the end I was so disgust I even saw a cockroach coming out of the sink of the kitchen. Also when we open the couch to make it a bed it was really dirty that I preferred the 3 of us sleeped together in the bed.Over all the owner seems nice and answers quickly but the one in charge of the cleaning doesn't know what they're doing. He did say he will talk to her about that so hopefully it will get better

Our check-in was for 3pm, however we arrived to the house closer to 9pm due to our flight and 2-hour drive from the airport. It was self check-in so we were not worried. When we arrived there was no light or electricity at all in the house. When we called the host, he let us know there was no electricity and he was not able to give refunds through the app. This was extremely frustrating, as we could have been told this information closer to check-in time, not 6 hours later after already making the drive. We ended up staying due to the fact we didn’t know much other options in the area. No generator in the property. We received towels morning after our first night.

The drive up to the apartment was pretty long/winding/confusing at times, which I think should maybe somehow be reflected in the description/ad. When I got there (half an hour past the beginning of the check-in window), the floors were still wet (from being cleaned, I assumed). I had to use the towels to walk on so I wouldn't slip and fall. The bathroom didn't have any hand soap. Overall it was an okay place to stay.

Apartment is not well distributed

A little hard to find. Bedroom is downstairs and everything else, including bathroom is upstars.You have to use a very narrow spiral stairs every time you need to use the bathroom. Not practical at all. Otherwise place was clean and very nice.
