Spacious Barn Apartment on 20 tranquil acres

1600 sq foot barn apartment located on second floor. Very bright with lots of windows and open floor plan. There is a large deck which is perfect for evening cocktails and watching the sunset. Horses are grazing and it is set back from road which makes it peaceful and quiet. Located 25 miles (country road with 55mph speed limit) from Augusta medical university, 8 miles or 15 minutes from Bruce’s field, 22 miles or 25 minutes to stableview, 9miles or 22 minutes to Savannah river site, 10 miles or 22 minutes to downtown Aiken. No space currently for horses but nearby neighbor has a beautiful facility with various boarding options.
