Not the best, not the worst

It wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst. It was cleanish. Had some issues with the wifi and had to go down to front desk for help since the phone in our room didn't work. Pool was closed so that was another bummer.

My room was acceptable clean. Shower was nice but for very slick. The drawers in the bureau were hard to open and the ironing board was bent down on the bottom. The maid never checked on me and I caught her in the hall asked for toilet paper and she told me there was none in the building. The entrance was beautiful and the desk staff were very helpful. I ate several meals at the restaurant. The veggie burger was excellent as well as the fries. Caesar salad with chicken. Good but the shaved Parmesan was clumpy with the added chicken. Not dispersed well on the salad. Veggie primavera. Very nice.

The place seems out dated and the restaurant you couldn’t get service. The place was so noisy. Kids running up and down the halls. Pool was broken.

Room was exactly what we expected. Clean and nice. However my one complaint is that after spending nearly $200 a night I do not expect to have to pay for breakfast. $10 a person for basically cereal and juice is a joke especially when the pool is closed. If an expected amenity is not available don’t ask me to pay for breakfast
