There were ants in my room, the body wash pump that was in the shower was completely empty and my milk and other food was frozen solid due to the fridge. I travel for work and this was my worst experience in a hotel

We stayed in a few Holiday Inn Express locations on this trip, and this definitely the best. Staff were very attentive, and there were lots of sweet touches, such as snacks in the lobby. Rooms were big too!
