Holiday trip to Padua and environs

We were very disappointed with this stay. While the property was clean, much was inadequate and misrepresented. 1. The beds were terrible. We were sleeping on springs and for that reason, we left a day early. 2. Many basic items were missing from both the kitchen and bathrooms. There was no kettle, toaster, bowls, wine glasses, dish towels in the kitchen; there were no bath mats or hooks for towels in the bathrooms and one of the toilet seats was broken. 3. There was no drying rack for wet laundry. 4. One of the window shades was broken, and there was only one bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms.5. The picture of the garden in the listing was false advertising. The garden was weed invested, it had a broken tub, and a broken fence- totally uninviting.We asked for a refund for one night but never got a response from the host.If these issues are addressed to meet Vrbo standards, this would be a good place to stay.
