The hotel was nice. Check in was great. Guy was super nice and accommodating. I had just driven 10 hrs from San Diego and was driving 10 the following day taking my daughter, her dog and her car to Oklahoma State University. When we got in late I was going to jump in the shower before bed but the shower wasn’t getting hot so I figured I’d just wait til morning before getting on the road for another -0 hr drive. No hot water at all. On check out I told them there was no hot water and they said some of the rooms had been reporting it. I asked that the manager call me and she did. She was apologetic and said she credited me room service (roughly $50) and the $26 hotel service fee. It was a nice gesture but man I couldn’t put a price tag on a hot shower after that drive. Sort of soured me on the experience

Property was fine. Clean and nice. Except there was a wedding happening which played twang country until 10 pm then the wedding party continued late into the night when we had to be up for 4 am flight. The acoustics just carried up the building and was very loud. Glad I had earplugs. Service was friendly. Walkable.

Front desk staff very helpful. Arrived early and was able to check in easily. Also checkout was a breeze. Housekeeping was good the first night but totally MIA the second night. We were down at the end of the hall but they still should have seen or had the room on a list to be cleaned. But by the time we got back we were too tired to deal with someone coming to clean so didn’t request for housekeeping to come do their thing. But based on the front desk I’m sure it would have been resolved to some extent. Also one elevator was extremely slow. Like very very slow to close the door. Normally would have to worry abt getting eaten by elevator doors but no worries about this one. It literally took over 20 seconds to close! I know this because we timed it LoL. Would stay again because these issues were not super bad compared to other places.
