Not ready for guests

The hotel is undergoing repairs. The water was shut off during my stay for several hours. Most of the service was friendly and excellent, but even though i arrived for an evening check in, my room was not yet cleaned. The first room i was assigned smelled heavily of urine. When advised, i was immediately given a different room. The female attendants had excellent customer service.

It’s a dump. The people that worked there were great. The elevator didn’t work. The ice machine didn’t work the said and snack machines were out. The carpet in our room was so stained and dirty the drapes had a hole in drapes. And the door we come in through were we parked would not open the lock did not work so we had to go through the office. I would never stay there again

Problems in the shower

No bedside plugs on the one side of the bed. Shower head was dangling not held in proper place for a shower.

It was okay for a one night stop, traveling through the area. It was kind of a “you get what you pay for” situation. However, one of the staff members was very helpful. The air conditioning was good and the beds were comfortable!

Got room with 3 beds. Upon entering room had wet musty smell. A/c filters were dirty. Carpet disgustingly dirty. Bedroom sheets were old and ragged. TV had only one channel or remote didn't allow u to change channel.
