Villa DelMarmo is a rustic residence with timeless charm. With its 150 square meters, it accommodates up to 6 guests in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main entrance, adorned with a marble pathway lined with fragrant rosemary plants, leads to a world of peace and beauty. The panoramic veranda, furnished with elegant seating, is the ideal spot to relax while admiring the sparkling pool and lush garden, a true oasis of privacy immersed in the serenity of nature.
The centerpiece of the villa is the magnificent saltwater private pool, an invitation to both relaxation and fun. Measuring 12x6 meters with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 3 meters, it’s perfect for refreshing swims or diving off the built-in diving board. Around the pool, the elegance of marble blends seamlessly with Sicilian tradition: six comfortable sun loungers, an artisanal marble fountain, and a marble bench create an atmosphere of genuine Mediterranean charm.

On the side of the pool, a heated hot tub awaits you, wrapped in a wooden structure that ensures privacy — a true haven of well-being where you can relax and unwind in the warm embrace of the water.
An outdoor shower and a full bathroom complete the area, ensuring maximum comfort.
The outdoor kitchen, fully covered, is a welcoming space designed for convivial moments. A large wooden table invites guests to enjoy long dinners under the open sky, surrounded by the beauty of nature. The area is equipped with everything needed for a unique experience: a gas BBQ, a wood-fired pizza oven, gas burners, and a handcrafted marble sink. A spacious refrigerator and a TV complete the space, making it perfect for evenings spent with loved ones, enveloped by the magic of the Sicilian countryside. For added convenience, the area also features a washing machine and a dryer.
Inside, Villa DelMarmo opens into a spacious living room and kitchen, an ideal setting for bringing family and friends together. A large sofa invites relaxation, while a TV positioned above the stone fireplace and a wooden table for six create a cozy and functional space. The kitchen, enriched with marble details, is fully equipped with a main refrigerator, a wine cooler, and all the essentials to make every meal a special experience.
A separate cozy lounge area, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed always ready for use, provides the perfect option for guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements. A second TV completes this space, making it ideal for reading, reflecting, or simply enjoying the quietness of the Sicilian countryside.
The sleeping area includes three double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and designed for comfort and elegance. The master bedroom boasts a private bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The second double bedroom features a spacious wardrobe, while the third bedroom, with an adjacent walk-in closet, is cozy and inviting. The last two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.

You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside or a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.

For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.

To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.

Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).

Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.

Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.

Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.

The villa is located in Alcamo Marina, just 800 meters from the beautiful sandy “Zona Aleccia” beach, where you can choose between free public areas and serviced beach club. About a 20-minute drive away, you will also find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias and bars, making the location convenient and ideal for a carefree beach holiday.

The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.

To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.

Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to three large vehicles.
