I was surprised that they collected the total money for the stay up front which is unusual . They did not replenish the coffee daily. When I went in they had 4 Nescafé packets. We where there for 5 nights so of coarse the coffee finished the second day and the refused to give me more

建物が古く汚く清潔感ゼロです。 部屋のドアも閉まらないほど建て付けも悪く、寝具類は湿っており不快でした。 部屋に入った瞬間、タバコとは違う嫌な臭いが鼻につーんときます。 アーリーチェックインをお願いしてたにも関わらず二時間も待たされ、チェックアウト時はミニバー使用料を支払うとお釣りがないと言われ泣く泣く全額チップとしました。 五つ星だなんて有り得ません。三つ星以下のホテルです。

Doesn't deserve 5 stars at all. Needs a serious re

Hotel needs a reform. It's too expensive. There's no tourism info, neither a single map of the city.Needs a serious reform and change the politics about internet,info....etc...

I Will never stay here again.

The hotel was below average. Definitely not a 5 start not even a 3 star. In our reservation it said free wifi in the room but we had to purchase wifi card every day. The hotel was dirty with bad service. The hair dryer wasn't working in the room and we asked for another one twice which we never got. The electricity went out for few hours and we had to use the bathroom in the dark. Small beds with very old sheets.

Worst hotel experience ever

Can't believe this hotel is 5 stars, except for the beach and location everything else was awful, room cleanliness and comfort are zero, lack of towels, sheets overused, service is real poor, room and hotel facilities are bad, staff are careless and not qualified.

Relaxing

We spent 3 nights at Azur -- two adults and a 7-year old child. This is not our first stay there. The beach is great, one of the best swimming spots in Alexandria, and there are two pool areas. Most of the small children with floaters etc have their space, while adults wanting a peaceful pool have one as well. The service is good. We were in Ramadan, the fasting month, so there were around 5-6 people at the most in the pool (where we swam in the mornings), and about 5-6 families at the beach. Nothing compared to the regular summer crowds. Azur is also situation in the middle of the Alexandria coast, allowing easy access to most of the Alexandria archeological, historical and cultural sites. It is also perfectly located for those who do not wish to have their meals at the hotel, as there are restaurants with international menus just across the street. It is also near the Sidi Gaber Railway Station (around 10-15 minutes by taxi depending on the traffic), and accessible from the Alexandria Central Railway Station (20-30 minutes by taxi depending on the traffic), which is situation in Alexandria downtown.

Bad service

We just came back from this hotel.  The service was shameful.  I would have to beg the waitress for my coffee and when she brought it I would have to wait till my coffee was cold to get milk or sugar or even a spoon.  If you don't tip the room service everyday your room won't be cleaned.  It's a nice hotel with the worst service I have ever had in my life.
