Dea Fertilia is terraced house immersed in the tranquility of the Mediterranean vegetation and the Alghero coast.
From its rooms you can enjoy an exclusive view of the sea. A few steps from the beautiful beach of Punta Negra, you will live a relaxing experience between sea, scents and sunsets.
Dea Fertilia is a detached house immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub and the blue of the gulf of Punta Negra, the beach is in fact just a few steps from the house and the view of the gulf from the sleeping area is priceless. The internal spaces are comfortable for 6 people, the ground floor is composed of a large living area with an open kitchen and an equipped veranda with barbecue, ideal for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Upstairs there is the sleeping area consisting of three spacious bedrooms, two of which with double beds and one with two single beds. Two of the three rooms enjoy a splendid view of the sea, from these it is possible to admire splendid sunsets. The third room, also with a covered terrace, overlooks the greenery that characterizes the entire area. The bathroom in the sleeping area is spacious and has a shower, next to the kitchen there is also a small service bathroom.
