We all had a great time. 2 from Birmingham, 1 Sardinian and an Irish-English. The hosts Anna & Mario couldn’t have been more welcoming, everything was exactly as seen on VRBO. The villa was more than spacious for 4 adults. It’s was perfect-apart from unusually bad weather. For the villa 10/10

In short; Beautiful location. Beautiful villa. Beautiful owners. My wife and I stayed at the villa with our 13 and 18 yr old daughters. We were there for a family wedding in Alghero, with all other family staying nearer to Alghero centre. Mario and Anna greeted us and we had a comprehensive briefing from Mario via Google translate. The villa was beautifully presented and it had everything you need inside. The pool area is is amazing and is a great space to lounge around in. There is Aircon throughout and the TV has plenty of apps to view though. We had a couple of power and water cut offs, but that was due to large storms. During these brief cut offs, Mario was straight there, making sure we were ok with the emergency water supply kicking in and emergency lighting. It was also quickly resolved by the local authorities and it did not affect our holiday one bit. As I said above; Beautiful location. Beautiful villa. Beautiful owners. I want to highly recommend this place, but need to book our next visit so don't want you all taking our chosen dates! Ha. Grazie mille Mario and Anna. Grazie mille xx

Simply perfect!

Our stay in Villa Terma was just perfect. Hosts Mario and Anna are so lovely and met us on arrival to show us everything we needed to know. The property is surrounded by orchards of fruits and Mario offered us a huge tray of figs and grapes homegrown on our first morning - thank you! The pool is wonderful and our children were in it everyday. The outside area is perfectly set up for outside living with a fridge, sinks, tables, chairs, sunbeds, BBQ grill, a swing set and trampoline for the children too! The property is very spacious and I don't think the photos do it justice as it was amazing and had everything you could possibly wish for. We hired a car, Alghero was about 10mins away and very easy to access, and the beaches nearby are stunning. We want to come back already! Thank you Mario and Anna!

Relaxing holidays

WE spent wonderful relaxing days in this nice Villa. Great and comfortable rooms in the Villa; you find everything you need for cooking in a great kitchen.The Garden, the Pool and terrace are perfekt. Alghero is 5 minutes to Drive, where you can find all you need.

Great property

We had a lovely stay at this villa. For someone who may react to insect bites, this was a great property with a lot of care taken to stop mosquitoes getting into the property. Location - we enjoyed 10km runs into the hills from the property and didn’t encounter another person. Alghero is a drive away but easy to access and the old town is lovely. Super relaxed and great bars and restaurants. The pool was perfect and it was a great outdoor space for our five year old to play. Mario (owner) allowed us to pick mulberries and cherries off his trees which was a lovely breakfast treat each day. Sardinia was everything we expected and more, friendly people, perfect water and easy roads to drive on. You certainly do need a car for getting around.

Lovely place

We had a wonderful time. The villa was perfect and had everything we needed. Its a great location. Some nice restaurants within 10 minutes drive. While we did visit a number of very beautiful beaches that are close by it was lovely to have the pool. Thanks to Mario and Anna for making our stay so pleasant and thanks for bringing the coffee maker!

Wonderful stay !

Fantastic property! very clean and it has the easentials of salt, pepper, oil, coffee and sugar. Dish washer was a huge plus too. The outside area is great, the pool is very clean and was also cleaned during our stay, it has some bits for children to play. We used their beach towels and umbrella so we didn't need to rent one at the beach. The property is outside from Alghero town so it's very quiet and perfect for star gazing. Mario and Anna are exceptionally kind and friendly. Thank you so much for the wonderful and memorable week 💖

Eine tolle Erfahrung

Ein authentisches HĂ€uschen mit riesigen Garten und großem Pool zum Genießen. Wir habe es genossen - die Ruhe, die Freiheit, 10 Min mit dem Auto zum Strand. Das Haus ist voller Kleinigkeiten, die ihm eine Seele verleihen, als ob Inhaber vor 5 Minuten rausgegangen sind. Die Einrichtung ist etwas Ă€lter, teilweise mit tollen alten BauernschrĂ€nken und stielvollen Möbeln. Es wurde an Vieles gedacht, KĂŒcheneinrichtung ist top, es hat auch das gewisse Etwas was es von eine "sterilen" und leeren Ferienwohnung" unterscheidet. Man fĂŒhlt sich wir ein willkommener Gast. Mario und Anna sind super nett, Mario hat uns frische Feigen und Trauben gebracht aus dem Eigenanbau - die wachsen ĂŒberall um den Garten herum. Wir konnten uns auf italienisch oder per Übersetzer verstĂ€ndigen. In der direkten Umgebung ist nichts zu Fuß zu erreichen, man braucht immer ein Auto, aber dann ist alles in ein paar Min Entfernung. Alghero Stadt, Fertilla, mit kleinen GeschĂ€ften und Restaurants, alle StrĂ€nde in 15 Min Umgebung. Der schönste Strand war Maria Pia. Wir waren danach auch eine Woche auf der OstkĂŒste in San Theodoro und fanden aber Alghero insgesamt besser - schönere weitlĂ€ufige Unterkunft zur Eigennutzung und viel weniger Tourismus als an der Costa Smeralda. Wir wĂŒrden auch wieder kommen!

Wie zu Hause

Wir haben den Aufenthalt als ein Highlight unserer Reise empfunden. Das Haus ist authentisch, gemĂŒtlich und vor allem die KĂŒche bietet alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist weitlĂ€ufig und man kann es sich ĂŒberall bequem machen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, seelenruhig und dennoch unweit von Alghero. Mario ist ein herzlicher und umsichtiger Gastgeber und jederzeit zur Stelle. Wir werden wiederkommen! Danke, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften.

Auch fĂŒr Selbstversorger ist in der KĂŒche genĂŒgend Geschirr und Besteck da und an nĂŒtzlichen Utensilien fehlt es ebenfalls nicht. Grandios die Außenanlage mit riesigem stets picobello gepflegtem Pool. Das Wasser erfrischend aber auch nicht zu kalt. Ganz in der NĂ€he sind die wunderschönen StrĂ€nde Bombarde und Lazaretto, die man auch ĂŒber einen Marsch durch die Pineta Arenosu zu Fuß erreichen könnte. Wer gerne wandert oder Fahrrad fĂ€hrt kommt hier auch auf seine Kosten. Auf ruhigen Straßen oder eben durch die Pineta, durch das nahe Naturschutzgebiet oder auf den Hausberg Monte Doglia. Man hat die Auswahl. Zum Einkaufen kann man in das nahe Alghero oder in einen kleinen Markt in Fertilia fahren. Etwas versteckt liegt in 9km Entfernung nördlich auch ein kleiner Crai Supermarkt. Wir haben uns bestens erholt und das ĂŒberaus liebenswerte Vermieterpaar Ana und Mario war stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Falls wir wieder einmal in diese Gegend kommen, ist das Haus unsere erste Wahl.

Schöne Villa mit großem Garten

Eine schöne Villa an der nichts fehlt. Sehr großer Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, saubere RĂ€umlichkeiten, auf gut abgesichertem, uneinsehbarem GrundstĂŒck, riesiger Garten mit Feigen, GranatĂ€pfeln, Kaktusfeigen etc. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir kommen wieder!

Es war wunderschön, das Haus hat die perfekte Lage zwischen OlivenbĂ€umen. In 2 Minuten mit dem Auto im nĂ€chsten Ort. In 5 Minuten in der nĂ€chsten Stadt. Der Strand ist super nahe und alles im Haus is bis ins kleinste Detail mit Liebe dekoriert. Mario hat uns frisches Obst vom Baum gepflĂŒckt und stand uns immer bei Fragen zur Seite. Wir werden definitiv nochmal in genau dieses Haus zu Mario und Anna fahren. Eine Reise lohnt sich. In dem Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar komplett neue GewĂŒrze zum kochen. Einfach super! Der Pool wird jeden Tag am sehr frĂŒhen Morgen gereinigt, somit wird man nie in seinem Urlaub gestört. Einfach rund um alles klasse und ich empfehle einen Besuch jedem! :-)
