With a spacious garden and an ideal porch for outdoor lunches, it offers you the tranquillity of a cosy residential area. The interior features a modern and functional living-dining room next to a fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and more, so you can enjoy preparing your favourite dishes. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a single bed, both with space to store your luggage. It also includes a bathroom with a shower tray.
The pool area is communal and is located just five minutes walking distance, next to a commercial area with a supermarket, café and local businesses.
