Fantastic Villa overlooking the Bay of Malaga and the Sierra de Mijas very close to everything 1 km from the Lauro Golf course, about 20 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Malaga capital.
The house has 240 m2 on two floors, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a large bathroom with shower and hot tub and an outdoor terrace, on the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, a toilet, a large living room and full kitchen, plus a large porch overlooking the large heated pool (check price of the pool's air conditioning with owner)
Plot of 5,000 m2 composed of more than 1,000 m2 of recreational area with heated pool with sun loungers, barbecue, playground for children with swings, basketball basket, ping pong table, billiards, hammock etc ... Free Wifi . The rest of the plot is fenced and planted with different tree species and a chicken coop with fresh eggs daily.

Un séjour détente, et culturel

Nous Ă©tions en famille de 8 adultes et 1 enfant. Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour merveilleux : la maison est trĂšs grande, elle est trĂšs trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nos hĂŽtes sont trĂšs sympathiques et ont tout fait pour que notre sĂ©jour soit agrĂ©able. On a passĂ© notre temps dans la piscine chauffĂ©e Ă  28,5 par les panneaux solaires, et se dĂ©tendre en jouant au billards et ping-pong. Le jardin pleins d’oliviers est trĂšs grand, l’emplacement est calme et idĂ©al pour visiter l’Andalousie.

A very nice house with very nice hosts.

Warning ! This house will not make you want to leave ! :-) A big house with a big pool very pleasant. Near Malaga (25min by car) in a quiet place, with a nice view, is was perfect. And Miguel and Maricarmen are very nice people.

We recently stayed at Villa Vereda del Palmar for 10 days, myself and my husband and our 3 young children, it was amazing, the hosts were really lovely people, extremely helpful with providing any information about the local area we needed. We had no problems or issues but we are sure they would have resolved anything for us in an instant. The Villa itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted. The outside area was brilliant, a really good size pool with a really fun slide and diving board that our children absolutely loved!! The pool table, ping-pong, and a basketball hoop were a big hit with us all, our two boys loved collecting the eggs each morning from the resident chickens, we highly recommend this villa to anybody looking in this area, can't fault it.

We have just spent one week as a family of 7 at this amazing villa.It exceeded all of our expectations. The owners were nothing short of incredible. We didn’t have a hire car so they called taxis for us wherever and whenever we wanted to go somewhere which was so helpful. We ate out twice at evening time, one area to the left and another area to the right of the villa and loved both areas . I would recommend trying pub Bolin and the meat restaurant 2 doors down was beautiful. The house was spotless, the pool was beautiful, the grounds were out of this world. Figs, olives and lemons from the trees and can’t forget all the eggs from the chickens ! My little boy loved collecting them each day. Lots of pool floaties and lots of family games to play. The rooms were all of a great size and all had TVs. Lots of pots and pans and lovely bbq area. Sunrise at 7.30am on the top of the terrace were outstanding . Really didn’t want to leave and would love to return next year. Thank you Marcicarmen

This property is absolutely incredible. Quiet location, plenty of space and everything you could possibly need on site.The attention to detail from the hosts was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so friendly and welcoming.The house is absolutely beautiful and the view of the mountains is stunning! The pool and outside area are gorgeous with so much to do for all ages.Plenty of parking and the shops/beaches only a little drive away.Check in and out process is really easy.I really can't say enough about this property. It's even better than the photos. I would not hesitate to come back again!

We had a fantastic two-week vacation at the villa with my partner and our three children. The villa exceeded our expectations — it included all the listed amenities and even some pleasant surprises, like a TV in every room and a karaoke set in the living room. Everything was spotless, and the pool was regularly cleaned every 3 to 4 days.The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, offering us plenty of great tips for exploring the Malaga area. The location of the villa is ideal for day trips — within an hour’s drive, we visited Marbella, Nerja, Torremolinos beach, Mijas, and of course, Malaga itself.There are also two great restaurants just a minute's drive away, and a supermarket conveniently located about five minutes from the villa.Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing and fun family getaway!

Faultless. Loved it so much.

We had a wonderful week. The villa was amazing, and so much to do. The swimming pool, with inflatables, karaoke, table tennis, football game, basket ball, a pool table and the list goes on. Very clean and well eqipped, tv in all the bedrooms. It realÄșy is the perfect villa. The chickens are so adorable, and the fresh eggs were delicious, far too many for us to eat. Our hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was the best it could be. Thank you both so much. We hope to come back one day.

Beautiful house for a great vacation

Our party was 2 families with kids and we had great time in this beautiful house. Maricarmen and Miguel were so welcoming and friendly hosts. The house was perfectly equipped, with all kitchen appliances, and barbacue equipment. The pool was nicely heated and clean. Everything was perfect and would definitely come back.

The perfect place for recreation and activities for all ages.

We were three families in the house. The children were 7, 12, 14, 16 and 17. We all enjoyed the facilities and the outdoor activities. It was easy with instructions to come to the house by car. The friendly and helpful hosts met us and showed us around when we arrived. Also gave us information about activities and best shopping. The pool was clean and spacious. This time of the year (April 14-25) we recommend heated pool that we used also the couple of days the weather was cooler. Fresh eggs for breakfast every morning from the hens in the garden! A playground and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. We have nothing to complain about.Highly recommend this house!!!

True gem of Andalusia

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had an incredible time at this holiday villa. The view was absolutely outstanding, the heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hosts were truly marvelous—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and private. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Great holiday!

We spent a fantastic week here. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. House is very well equipped, heated pool allows you to use it anytime. Property is situated in a calm area but very close to Malaga. Highly reccomended! I'm sure we will be coming back at some point!

October Break

Invited some family and friends to join us for the October break. Our hosts were fantastic as was the Villa. The pool is large and easily accommodated the 12 guests. We paid a bit extra to have the pool heated and it makes a difference that time of the year. We had a fantastic holiday so thanks again. Junior, Andrea and Friends.

Superb place for a big family.

We had lovely days in the house. It is spacious and very well equipped. The pool is absolutely perfect for families, stairs in one end for the youngest and oldest. Lot’s of fun for the children. The owners are really, really nice and helpful.

Casa perfecta para un reencuentro de amigos

La casa fue perfecta para nuestro encuentro entre amigos. Totalmente equipada con excelente piscina, juegos diversos, aire y tele en todos los cuartos. Hasta la cocina tenĂ­a todo lo necesario. Y muy limpia. Nada que decir. AdemĂĄs, tuvimos muy buena comunicaciĂłn con los dueños y han hecho lo mĂĄximo para acomodarnos. La casa se encuentra a 30mn del centro de Malaga asĂ­ que mejor con coche. Pero tambiĂ©n los Ubers llegan ahĂ­ sin problema. Cuenten unos 15 mn de espera en general y 23-28€ hacia el centro muy recomendada!

Fantastic villa with everything you need

Perfect villa with loads of space, huge pool which we all loved, the barbecue area was great too. Communication with the owners was excellent they were really helpful. Hoping to go back soon

Marvellous Malaga

We loved our two weeks in Malaga in Villa Vereda del Palmar. The villa was just fabulous and perfect for our family needs, very comfortable with lots of character. Miquel and Mariecarmen were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for me. Really hope we will be able to return soon

Great Family Week - Chilling

This is a fantastic Villa for groups or families and has everything you could need, plenty of space, great facilities, chickens that lay 5-9 eggs each day for breakfast, fruit trees in the gardens, a great pool and lovely BBQ, the wifi was good, the villa was spotless and the hosts Miguel and Maricarmen were on hand if you needed anything, there were 5 of us, family with Grandma, parents and 2 teen boys, the boys loved the pool and the fast wifi. Thanks Maricarmen and Miguel and see you again soon.

Great villa

Very impressive,loads of space for a family of 13,of all ages.massive pool.large out door area with various table games..but definetly reccomend a car for shopping etc.
