We had a fantastic stay at this Villa. A big and spacious Villa that was a perfect size for our family group. The pool is amazing, it copes well with a large group and plenty of sun loungers and chairs around the pool. Ample outdoor seating by the barbecue too. The kitchen is well equipped with every gadget needed. In fact a lovely home from home!! Well situated for the town of Coín. Which is a short drive down the road. We look forward to visiting again soon!!

This home is absolutely lovely. The owner who lives nearby, was delightful, and extremely helpful. The swimming pool was a good size and beautifully maintained. 30 minutes drive to the coast was very easy. We had an amazing holiday here.

Stunning property

From the warm welcome (thanks Jose) to the friendly goodbye (thanks Pedro), we loved every minute. Thoughtful touches such as fruits picked from the garden and fresh pecan nuts both left in the kitchen (Pedro will show you the easy way to open them!!l). There was wine, juice, water and essential store cupboard items included. All the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable in the one we used. The whole house was spotlessly clean and where do you start to describe the stunning swimming pool! Very private with beautiful scenery all around. Pedro is such a friendly and helpful gentleman and we managed to communicate with my limited Spanish and his cheerful demeanor. Can',t wait to go back. Thank you

The Finca was fantastic

The Finca was fantastic. A real rustic charm with the wood decor inside. The rooms were spacious and the aircon worked great. The ceilings were high which is rare in Spain. It was easy to keep clean as there was little clutter. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was enough space inside that our group of 8 weren't stepping on each others toes. The pool was a fantastic size and a safe distance from the villa for our toddler to be able to run around (supervised of course) without being able to sprint to the pool in seconds. The outdoor area is where we spent our evenings. It was comfortable and the adults were able to enjoy some music and drinks without risking waking neighboursour child. There is a little noise from the road near by but it doesn't carry to the villa and was never a disruptioneven noticed much. The area is secure with fencing all around so there was no risk of wild animals entering the grounds. A rental car is a must as there are no shops near by.

Excellent location, very private and a beautiful villa

The location is excellent. The villa is very traditional and well-appointed. WiFi and AC both work well. The villa is well laid out with the bedrooms separated from the living area. The gardens and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is very large. The arrival process with the Cubos staff was excellent t, very efficient and with a lot of much appreciated local advice! We would recommend this villa. However, it does now need some maintenance. The pool handrail is loose and could be dangerous. There are several areas of missing tiles below the waterline in the pool. Some of the sun loungers are now showing their age and dl not recline properly/easily. The pool underwater lights did not work. There is a need for an electrician to properly make safe some of the circuits in the house. All of this is minor, and easily fixed by the owner.

Vi manglede en adresse til huset., i form af postnummer, vejnavn og husnummer. Det ville vi gerne have haft på mail inden vi rejste hjemmefra. Huset var pænt og rent, og fin og velholdt have og masser af udendørs plads. Vi var ude hele tiden pga. det gode vejr.- Desværre var der meget larm fra gøende hunde om natten. Ikke alle kunne sove pga. larmen.

Der Vermieter wohnt im Haus, welches 200m entfernt ist. Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns mit Orangen und Zitronen aus seinem Garten versorgt. Wir können das Haus und den Eigentümer ausnahmslos empfehlen. Das Haus liegt zwischen Malaga und Marbella, somit perfekte Lage für Ausflüge. Die Straße kann man hören, uns hat es nicht gestört.

Heel mooie lokatie met een groot, prachtig zwembad en hele ruime tuin met prachtige bloemen.Lieve eigenaar die alleen Spaans sprak, maar met vertaalapp en klein beetje Spaans begrijpen konden we goed communiceren via wattsapp. Was erg behulpzaam en reageerde snel op appjes. We kregen heerlijke Kaki's uit eigen boomgaard. Restaurant is schuin aan de overkant.
