The plot is completely fenced and has two covered parking spaces and additional uncovered spaces. Additionally, it features an electric car charging station an extra convenience for those travelling with this type of vehicle. The south-north orientation of the house allows enjoying natural light from dawn to dusk, with private terraces in each bedroom to relax and contemplate the landscape.
