Area giorno molto spaziosa, zona notte sul lato interno con meno rumore dalla strada, presenza lavatrice e elettrodomestici (microonde, forno). Fornitura lenzuola e asciugamani. Posizione eccellente per facile raggiungimento diverse valli. Terrazza ampia e vivibile. L'unico ne è la vicinanza alla statale che rende l'area giorno rimorosa, ma questo aspetto viene bilanciato dalla comodità rispetto ai servizi del paese e alla vista del Civetta dalla terrazza.
