How do I go about getting a refund? My room is currently flooding from the air conditioner. Also, I can’t have a full breakfast. The pancake/waffle machine is broken.

Average hotel. Nothing fancy

I always check the bed and sheets for bed bugs wherever I go to a hotel. I didn't find any bed bugs but I DID find hair on the pillowcases so that tells me the pillow cases were not changed from the last person in the room. The shower head was leaking and there was mold around the bottom of the shower. It was a quick stop over to go to see the Iron Pigs at Coca Cola Park, but I would never spend more than 1 night there.

The food was ok the bed were very uncomfortable and the thing that the bed was on was very nosey. A leak started in the bathroom the mirror was broken. The room was dirty and the shower was never cleaned

Room looks upgraded and hotel looks good outside and in the main lobby but the halls need upgrading and the rug in the hallways stink and makes the hallway stink. Room was a decent size, no complaints there. Bathroom fan needs upgrading, it's connected with the light and goes on automatically with the light but the suction fan was extremely loud. Breakfast was disgusting aside from the toast and bagels. Overall experience was ok and I would stay there again. The front staff is great especially the manager who helped me in the morning, she was fantastic! Price was also fair.

Access road is in very poor condition. It looks like the road is private and has been forgotten. Really needs to be torn up. The hotel sits right on the highway. There is no front yard, no landscaping, just weeds & a highway. Inside the hotel looks fairly new and is okay as long as you don't need an elevator. Bedrooms are vinyl flooring over concrete. Breakfast was of poor quality both days. Scrambled eggs dry & few options. No orange juice, no juice of any kind the 2nd day. Beds were ok. For the price, overall quality was poor.

A little hard to find at night, had to circle the area a couple of times until we went down the correct street. No elevator was a small problem, good thing we didn't have heavier bags. otherwise the place was fine.
