De locatie geeft een prachtig uitzicht. Dat maakt echt het appartement want het meubilair is oké maar vooral de keukeninrichting is gedateerd.

Impresionante, desde la primera visión al acceder al salón.

Pros: Amplitud, vistas, equipamiento, comodidad, ubicación.... Cons: No mencionan que la casa NO ES APTA para personas con problemas de movilidad, pues la escalera es peligrosa por su diseño y con escalones demasiado altos. Por otra parte, no me explico por qué razón el check-in no lo pude realizar en la oficina que Mengel & Partners tiene en el mismo puerto de Marina del Este. Podrían ser más precisos en relación con la distancia al mar, pues debido al sinuoso trayecto que hay que recorrer hasta la playa, no son 90 metros. Alguien que no se fije mucho en la ubicación exacta, puede creer que tiene la playa al lado. También creo que deberían expresar claramente que la estancia mínima, a efectos de precio, es de siete días. En principio había reservado para 5 días y, si no llego a solicitar una ampliación de días, no me hubiese enterado. Al menos, tuvieron la amabilidad o decencia de decírmelo, pues habría pagado por esos dos días de más. No obstante, repetiría.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung bei ruhigen Yachthafen

Pros: Die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sehr schönen Balkon mit Blick auf Hafen, großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, eigene Garage, ruhige Anlage und Umgebung, wir würden wieder buchen. TOP Cons: Der Wasserdruck zum Duschen war schlecht. Es gibt 5-6 alte Porzellan Service und 3-4 Bestecksätze. Keines davon ist aber Zeitgemäß.

Om man är ute efter ett lugnt område på sin semester så åk hit. Finns det mest nödvändiga vid hamnen som supermercado, restauranger och bankomat. Dessvärre fungerade inte AC:n på övervåningen så det blev ganska varmt men annars var allt toppen.
