The Penthouse Mirador del Guadalhorce, has all the amenities for a long or short stay.
It has a wide viewing terrace of 60 m2 in which to enjoy magnificent views of the Guadalhorce Valley, Arab castle, chapel of Calvary and the main street of Álora.
The Penthouse is located in the center of the town of Alora, in full expansion zone ... a strategic place to stay and have all the amenities within 5 minutes walk.

Ice cream parlors, restaurants, tapas bars, bars, playgrounds ... spaces which can go enjoy his companions, one of the great advantages is not having to drive to return accommodation, this way if you want you can have a drink quietly.

If you want to eat in the attic enjoying its viewpoint terrace ... less than 5 minutes also will fester grocery stores, butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers and local takeaways ...

Also, if you want to move somewhere or restaurant outside the town and prefer not to drive, you will find to rank right in front of the accommodation.

Alora apartment

Wander fully equipped and comfortable apartment. Surperb views from roof terrace with all required amenities including barbecue, shaded seating area and sun lounges. This apartment is in the Town Centre and obviously noise can be heard until late, however we were still able to sleep very well in the comfortable beds and were never woken once asleep. There are numerous good restaurants and excellent tapas bars within Alora. Antonio the host is very obliging and helpful.

Family visit

We spent 4 days here visiting my sick mother in law. It’s at a great location in alora. Can walk to many things. Apartment is very cute and has a great balcony on top with perfect views. It is right next to a popular area so there does tend to be noise but we wore ear plugs for sleeping and we’re fine. There is a great pizza place and an ice cream shop just below. Easy to communicate with owner and he was super helpful when my husband left his phone when we flew to England! Such a sweet helpful man. I would recommend this for anyone visiting just pack some ear plugs if you are from America and jet lagged ( going to bed way early!)

Great apartment

We loved this apartment. Perfectly placed in the middle of alora it served as a good base for our holiday. It was spacious, clean and had all the mod cons you take for granted at home - there was even a pod coffee machine and some cold beers in the fridge which went down very well! The air con is a god send and is a must in alora in the summer months. The bedrooms are comfortable and have plenty if storage space. Our host Antonio even purchased a travel cot just for our stay - above and beyond in my book. The terrace is a perfect space to relax on a evening with a good sized gas bbq that is very easy to use even if the instructions are in spanish. Our family really enjoyed relaxing and looking out onto the campo and mountains beyond - the view is simply stunning! The only thing that was missing was a plunge pool to cool off in the heat but we made do with a cheap paddling pool and the shower! The parking space is an added bonus as parking in alora is a nightmare! All in all we highly recommend staying here - alora has very few rental properties but we would say this is top of the tree.

Schönes Apartment in Top Lage

Die Wohnung ist nahezu vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet, zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ eingerichtet und von der Lage her wirklich gut. Zentral gelegen, kann man im Ort alles zu Fuß erreichen. Supermarkt z.B. ist sogar im Nebenhaus. Das Auto kann man in der Tiefgarage parken. Die große Terrasse ist zur HĂ€lfte ĂŒberdacht und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell. Danke Antonio MartĂ­n, ich hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit.

The apartment was very modern with a great roof terrace. Underground car parking (reserved space)

Central, modern apartment with reserved car parking and a lft to take you to supermarket. Walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. Many interesting places to visit in and around Álora. Both the sea and the lakes within easy travelling. Overall the apartment and Álora gave us a wonderful experience of Andulucia. Would certainly recommend. Antonio is a very generous host.

Away from The Crowds

A lovely apartment with all new decor throughout, immaculately clean and very well looked after.. Rooftop Terrace Astro turfed with hot & cold shower to freshen up in the evening sunshine. Antonia was welcoming and shows his pride with his lovely apartment. The only downside was the talking into the early hours by the local families, so loud, aparantly quite normal for them to chatter on into the early morning,it did disturb our sleep. We felt it only fair to mention this as it was our experience during our stay. No fault at all to Antonio, just a true observation, such a shame to take away a "Star" from an otherwise perfect holiday. Gracias Antonio.

Fantastic Attico!

The apartment is fabulous, immacualtely clean with a great location in the centre of Alora. There are shops and bars really close that made us feel like we were living as a local (try DeKnas for tapas, amazing!). The three bedrooms are all a good size and the decor is very modern. There is a fabulous roof terrace with amazing view of the valley. We walked the Caminito del Rey, which was only 45 minutes away and would thoroughly recommend this local attraction. Antonio was very helpful and answered our communications almost immediately. We would certainly recommend this apartment. Thank you Antonio.
