DIRECTIONS AND CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS: For the privacy of any staying guest, physical addresses are not provided until booking and confirmation is complete. .

DIGITAL GUESTBOOK: Directions, check in instructions, and everything you`ll need to know are available provided in the digital guestbook! The link is sent via email after booking and completing your check in form. We`ll also send via SMS text message prior to arrival.

ACCESSING THE HOUSE: This home has a paved circle drive out front that is level to the street. There are a couple steps up to the front door. A paved motor court is accessed on the left side and goes to the back of the property by the casita. Loading and unloading is a breeze either from the front or the door on the back porch (can only be unlocked from inside the house). Guests have use of the casita with every rental! A separate door code is used to access the casita and provided before arrival. PARKING- please try and park vehicles in the motor court by the casita. Trailers and RVs are not permitted.

Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club is a private golf community with sprawling vistas, lush pine forest, and breathtaking mountain and canyon views. The Country Club Community is extremely quiet and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Please be respectful of the quite enjoyment of your neighbors as sound carries in the canyons.
While Alto provides visitors and residents that `away from it all` feeling, we are conveniently located just 1 mile from the turn off to Ski Apache and Ruidoso Winter Park, 2 miles from Alto Lake, and 12 miles from Ruidoso`s bustling Midtown and Grindstone Lake.
Lincoln County is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with great golf, live horseracing in summer months, and dozens of trails open year round for hiking and biking.
Step back in history and take a tour of Billy the Kid`s stomping grounds on the Billy the Kid Scenic Byway or take a day trip to nearby White Sands and other great state parks! From mountain peaks to the desert basin, we have it all!

Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event. For extended stays, travel insurance is always recommended.

OCCUPANY & CONDUCT
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
- No parties, events, or gatherings
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please be mindful that sound carries through the canyon. Outdoor noise, music, and conversations must be kept at a respectful level at all times
- Children must NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED. This includes the main house and casita.
- This home is located within Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club and is subject to all community rules and covenants

COMMUNITY & HOA REQUIREMENTS
- No trailers, RVs, or campers permitted
- Access to Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club amenities is reserved for property owners only and is not available to guests
- Guests must comply with all community standards throughout their stay

PETS & SMOKING
- NO PETS PERMITTED
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Outdoors is permitted but may be subject to Fire Danger Restrictions. -NEVER toss cigarettes or cigars on the grounds or off the back deck!

HOME CARE
- Please no food or colored beverages in bedrooms to protect linens
- Do not move furniture
- Fireplaces and grills must be used responsibly.

TRASH
- Trash must not be left outdoors at any time
IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests and residents must dispose of all trash and take to the Alto Lakes Sanitation Station, located at 1221 High Mesa, across from the Kokopelli Country Club, prior to departure. Please review the check out instructions for additional information.

Failure to follow house rules or community requirements may result in additional fees or removal from the property without refund.
