Really liked this hotel very good hotel especially for the value for money, staff are friendly only down fall I can say is the hotel door didn't feel very strong but that just may of been out hotel room, I'd definitely stay there again

Check in was easy. The girl checking us out didn't see us standing there for the first few minutes as she was pr-occupied on her phone. But otherwise polite. One elevator didnt work. One of the first floor doors didn't lock, which bases on the location of the hotel made me nervous about security. Also, needs a grassy area for pets. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs, just one night with our dog.

WiFi and tv didn’t work. There were giant holes in the walls, and flimsy black curtains covered the big windows at the entrance to my room. It looks like fun for children, but I felt unsafe in my room at night. The door barely latched and could probably be pushed in fairly easily.

I personally love staying at the cactus cove Matt has done an excellent job from the remodeling to the decor the miniature golf course, corn hole the different sitting arrangements in the atrium to the beautiful fountain. A first class breakfast is served every morning and the pool is awesome with more really nice sitting around it The 2nd floor has a guest laundry that also fits right in with the rest of this exceptional hotel. The mercantile and bar/restaurant are both must visit while you are there. Matt's staff is what makes it all happen from the front desk, the housekeeping dept, maintenance,and sales team are all kind friendly and helpful. A special thank you to all of you at the cactus cove I will be sure to be staying with you again real soon I hope y'all add the cactus cove to your intenrary to

Good price! Cool hotel

The check in process was very slow. And they have limited snack/food options. I tried to get a microwaveable pizza but the 3 they had had mold. They returned me the money and unfortunately with my dogs I could not just leave to go eat so I had to DoorDash something not a huge inconvenience but was just very tired from my drive and wanted to rest quickly. The water for the shower was very warm the room was really neat just in worn condition expected for the price and discount. Overall a very good place and a very good price with the discounts.
