Great location. Quiet. STaff very helpful. Breakfast OK...constantly had to ask staff to replenish kosher items but they responded quickly. Front desk helpful. Rooms clean and updated but TV channel selection poor. Rooms small. Common areas were dirty. Vacuuming should take place daily.

Bed Bugs alerts. We were attacked by lots of bedbugs at this hotel. We were sent to another room that was dirty and later found more bed bugs in. In the end left the hotel but only got refunded for the nights that we didn't stay. By principle alone they should have refunded it all.

Unfortunately, bed bugs cannot be prevented 100% as they are generally brought in by travellers through their luggage. Very helpful

We were caught up in the UK flight problems and had to find accommodation. Holiday Inn is a company we knew we could rely on. Easy to book. Staff were very accommodating to our unusual needs. No suitcase, no toiletries, no spare clothes, no plug adapter, no phone charger.

Excelente la estadía. Los chicos de recepción todos muy atentos. La zona es lejos pero es muy pero muy linda. Muchos parques para recorrer.
