The rooms were clean. Room includes a mini bar with drinks, snacks & other items for purchase. They only clean your room if you change your room status with the bell/do not distub/clean room indicator. The touch screen did not work well on it. I could have used more pillows or thicker ones. The shower water was not hot. I asked the front desk that made it slighltly warmer. The restaurant on the ground floor had good food. The bar on the 7th floor I did never went to. The pool looks very nice. The hotel arranged transport to manila airport for $3900 php at the time. The gym was a bit dissapointing. It was the least equipped of all the hotel gyms i went to. Duplicate dumbbell sizes without labels. Staff were aleays available for questions and help.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Only issue is not enough warm water for showering, shower stays warm for maybe a minute then becomes cold. Other then that, staff were friendly and helpful, clean rooms, convenient location. Overall had a good stay here.

The hotel is fine apart from there being no consistent shower in the room. Natuarally needed a shower before my 22 hour flight, but there was no manager on duty to complain to. No refund or discount offered. Wouldn't stay there again becuase of this. Wi-fi patchy especially around the pool. Also, restaurant and bar very expensive (380 peso for a cocktail).

No cable TV????

Have stayed here many times, unfortunately the hotel management have taken the decision to remove the cable TV from all rooms. They are now relying on ‘Smart TV’s’ which rely on internet connection to access some not very good stations. But internet access is patchy at best, meaning it’s impossible to watch anything due to endless buffering issues. Shame.

This is my go to hotel in Angeles and that’s because of the great staff and location. The hotel is well built and sound proofing is quite good! The pool is really nice and the gym is decent for a basic workout. I would definitely recommend it! The two things they can improve on is opening the rooftop bar which I used to really enjoy and the water from the toilet gun for some reason smells horrible. But besides those two things I am always happy and the front desk girls are a lot of fun and sweet! The cleaning staff does a great job as well.
