Spacious and luxurious villa located 8 km from Lake Bracciano and 20 km from the sandy beaches of Ladispoli. In the private fenced park there is a saltwater pool, a multipurpose field (soccer / tennis court), children's playground, table tennis, a large veranda with fireplace and barbecue. The elegant interior includes a relaxation room with fireplace, lounge with Smart TV, hot tub for 6 people with fitness corner and professional kitchen. Bedrooms all have smart TV and private bathroom, mosquito nets on all windows. Ideal for a vacation with friends or family, for those who love the sea or the lake. For golf lovers there is an 18-hole course 18 km away, for art and shopping lovers the center of Rome is 39 km away. On the property, about 200 m from the villa (with separate access/entrance), there is the house of the janitors, who are at guests' disposal for the weekly change of linen (included in the price). On request: cook, personal trainer, babysitter. The property includes a dependence used as a pizzeria with wood oven and banquet hall, available for events (on request and for a fee). First floor: 220 m² - entrance with stairs to the 1st floor and basement, large room with: Dining area, fireplace, toilet, professional kitchen with double refrigerator and double oven, three double bedrooms with private bathroom. Great Villa!

Amazing huge villa that was perfect for our family vacation. Super clean, zero problems in two weeks stay. Close to Rome, lake towns and shopping. Great kitchen for cooking for a crowd. Gorgeous property. Comfy beds. Electricity was expensive, as warned by others. Don't hesitate to book this fantastic villa!

The downstairs, where there were 3 bedrooms, smelled of mould and mildew. In the beds we found insects and we were bitten by the bugs. The whirlpool was downstairs in a dark dingy room. The house is in desperate need of repairs. Ants were everywhere in the house. The advertised outdoor pizza oven was filled with cigarette butts. The outdoor BBQ is tiny and filthy. To make matters worse we notified management of the problems only to be ignored and patronized. They were suppose to come and clean the property 3 times during the week and only showed up once. I do villa vacations several times a year and this is the worst experience ever. The only good thing about the villa is the location.
