This is the first hotel the girl at the front desk looked mean and barely doing the job. She did not want to converse and tried to keep our passports saying she’s very busy. It was so absurd for us after having been in Turkey for 2 weeks. One could say she was like people/staff at IST airport. It’s located in very busy section of the city but at walking distance for shopping and some attractions. Evenings are very crowded and busy. I am sorry to the lady and other staff - we did not appreciate her behavior nor the staff the next day when checking out. Not at all friendly or helpful. The elevator is small and must be the slowest ever. Breakfast was ordinary

Despite great location, but the room and hallway conditions were poor. Old and dirty carpet. Toilet was old. Lift so small for busy and large hotel. I had to go on stairs few times.

Not that good

Twice someone from housekeeping entered my room without knocking. And I had deliberately placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of the door. That was disturbing. Also, every afternoon when I returned to my room, my room keycard didn't work and I had to go down to the front desk to have it re-activated, which got old real quick. You can get much better accommodation at this price point elsewhere.

Terrible one night stay

Shower head broken , shower door missing so I almost slipped coming out of a terrible shower. Toilet tissue holder broke and toilet roll just left on the side. Room had carpet so stinking of cigarette. Hard mattes. Staff at desk informed but no one spoke English. Couldn’t stay more than one night.

The hotel because of it location is very noisy, it is set on a major cross roads where the D400 crosses the trams but this is also an advantage as the trams go right out to the airport or just around the centre, very convenient. The reception staff did not speak a lot of english but we managed to convey what was required. The free wifi did not reach up to the 5th floor so we had to keep going to the reception area to pick it up. I would use this hotel again
