These rooms are awful - 3 rooms we had and all was as bad as each other. The entrance is badly lit and feels unsafe. Rooms are filthy and have mold - not fit for humans

The rooms need more cleaning the floor and bathroom where dirty and smelly and a lot of really small roaches where found. Other then that it was good spacious room and comfortable bed and the receptionist was kind. The location is also great near to the tram and Marina and the Mall all by walk.

I was a sleep, a grinding sound come from another room, where they were doing a hole in the wall. I got a shock and woke up. The hotel doesn’t care as they are more bothered about extra income and don’t care if some is sleeping.

Bed bugs.

What an afwul experience! They have bed-bugs. They did relocate me into a apartment so i could wash all my posessions (new apartment was dirty and there were no clean towels) after fighting with them about some kind of compensation, they finally did give me my money back but they decided to throw me out of the replacing apartment even tho my booking was supposed to have one more day left. I do not think they took this issue seriously at all and i am certain they did not hire extermination for these bugs.
Found multiple bed bugs under the mattress, including juveniles whichs suggests a serious infestation.

Junge Herr, der in der Nacht zuständig war, half uns sehr, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ist in guter Lage! Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber! Man kümmert sich im Allgemeinen nicht so sehr um die Gäste! Im Winter wird das Zimmer nicht gut eingeheizt! Es ist Schade, dass so ein Hotel nicht gut durchgeführt wird!

SAKIN TERCİH ETMEYİN !!

Odalar berbat bir şekilde kirliydi. Yerler hep kirliydi asla temizlenmemis toz da değil bildiğiniz kir. Carcaflar temiz görünüyordu ama odanın o halinden sonra carcaflardan asla emin olamadim. Ve en kötüsü ve zirvesi tuvalette idrar lekeleri ve kıl vardı. Klozet berbattı. Çöplerin boş olması haricinde odada iyi bir şey yoktu. Her yer kirliydi. Asla önermiyorum aslaaaa. Zorunlulugumuz olmasaydi asla kalınacak bir yer değildi. Ahır gibi bir şeydi. Çarşının göbeğinde bı de yakışmadı.
