Caos total! Sem dúvida, uma estadia inesquecível!!

NÃO CONFIEM NA RESERVA CONFIRMADA POR ESSE SITE!!! O hotel estava fechado. Não havia ninguém no local, nem um aviso na porta. Por sorte, o recepcionista de outro hotel nos disse que havia outro hotel do mesmo dono nas proximidades. Fomos até lá e nossa reserva havia sido transferida para lá sem nenhum aviso. O novo hotel era terrível, e nem toda a educação e boa vontade dos funcionários foram capazes de aliviar a má impressão. O quarto era limpo, mas o banheiro não tinha lugar para colocar papel higiênico, nem sabonete. As toalhas fornecidas pelo hotel estão abaixo da crítica. O restaurante é minúsculo, insuficiente para atender ao volume de hóspedes. Pessoas tomando café da manhã em pé ou apoiando seus pratos no próprio buffet onde estavam os alimentos. A fila para acessar o restaurante subia as escadas andares acima. Um verdadeiro caos!!!

Estadia Ruim / Hotel Ruim

Infelizmente muito ruim. Quarto não tinha toalhas, não tinha frigobar, roupas de cama sujas, baratas mortas. Muito ruim mesmo, pior experiência hoteleira até hoje. Nem me dei ao trabalho de tirar fotos de tão ruim a experiência.
